You could do Warm Wishes pattern instead of falling charms. When I have large focus print I do warm wishes pattern...available free on internet.

I have just finished cutting out 5" squares from my stash to do my first falling charms. Can't wait to get started on it.

Good luck to you, Dianna

I read your first post and suggested to cut squares instead of fussy cut. Maybe I thought fussy cut would mean you would cut around them and applique. Sometimes my brain doesn't work just right.
I like the idea of using black with your two fabrics.
I agree with others, not too much purple. Whatever you do it will be beautiful.
Maybe look on utube or is it youtube. Suzanne Mac Neil has a video showing how to make a 5 minute block, can be made to look like a cathedral window quilt.

Beautiful fabrics! If it were me, I would cut the print at random. l love the turquoise in the background. Perhaps if you used a little of the fuchia or the black (or is it navy?) to break up the purple.

I'm not a purple person so I would add more turquoise, bright pink, and black, really mix it up.......why limit yourself to 2 or 3 fabrics is my motto,

How about adding black and making the flowers into the shadow box style with the other purple as the background?

Hey, you're talking to a Baltimore Ravens fan here! No such thing as too much purple. But maybe try some black if you want. It works for us!

I would pull the pink out of the flowers if you want another color. I didn't see too much purple though!
