...spend so much time reading posts on this Board that I don't get around to quilting!

I bought a microwave pressure cooker (Nordic Ware). If I'm too busy quilting I just toss rice, water, and some chicken in it (3 to 5 minutes preparation tops), and 30 minutes later I have a meal. Add a prepared salad and you have a great meal.

Thanks, that is a good thought. I did that with a wall hanging. The front is cream and I used a dark backing but the same cream thread. I can do that with the wall hanging. Thanks for your confession.

Addicted - think about quilting all day at work, and can't stay off this site long enough to finish any of my projects.

I have been reading this blog faithfully everyday since I discovered it a few weeks ago.
I felt bad that I am not much of a real quilter. I make just little projects. Now that I have been here awhile I feel at home in the water.
I have read many of your jokes but this is by far the funniest thing I have read. Can wait until my daughter comes home from work to share this with her.

gunny148,

Hello from a retired sailor that hails from Batesburg-Leesville, SC!! I don't see too many people online that live that close to my home.
