    I know I have seen this before, but for the life of me I can't remember the name of the pattern so that I can find it.[ATTACH=CONFIG]354357[/ATTACH]

    The pattern is called Shadow Box and was designed by Bobbi Votaw.

    Thank you - I was able to find a simple Attic Window. The photo I posted was much to complex for my simple brain.

    There are various options, one of which very much resembles the one in the picture. These are free patterns.
