I saw the same fabric at Tuesday Morning, thought the quality was just fine....I think it is just that it's a previous season or two. So they get rid of it by selling to close out stores.

Oh my gosh that is stinking cute! I want to run right out there to see if my local TM store has any!
I think you'll be fine using it. Wash it and see how it cleans up. That's a great way to see how well the fabric will hold other than the feel of it... some fabrics are starched so much that after you wash them they're totally different afterwards. That fabric is so adorable though. I'd personally use it - if it felt good to me.

I have purchased other fabric fat quarters from Tuesday Morning and been very pleased with them. I can't afford the prices at the local quilt shops of $12-$18 yd. I go by the feel of the fabric. The local quilt shops have Moda blenders that are extremely thin compared to what they used to be.

I have used Tuesday morning fabric in quilts and they turned out just fine. They might be first runs or seconds of a fabric line.

I am so lucky to have the local shops I do; they have held the line on pricing and very rarely have anything cotton over $10/yard. I also would not buy at $12 - $18. The largest of my local shops has a sale section that is always 35% off; 40% if you finish the bolt. I'm going tomorrow to see what they've added lately. They add bolts frequently and at $5 - $6 it's hard to resist!
