Has anyone else had trouble making anything with the 10 inch Twister template? I just spent two weeks making one for the first time. My borders were wavy so I removed them and tried again. They are still a little wavy but tolerable. I used my new machine, a Horizon, to start quilting it but it made the backing gather too much. Of course I had the stitch to tight and didn't use a walking foot. I must say the whole project has been a learning experience. Good thing I wasn't planning on giving the table runner away.

I used the little one with no problem.

Did you measure the width of your runner at mid points to determine borders?

You must be so frustrated! Sorry :-(

Try heavily starching your fabrics next time. You are working with a lot of bias edges, and they can stretch very easily  :D:D:D
