Surprisingly, since I love blue, I like your first color set better!
As to too much, I have had an aversion to violet after doing two king quilts in a row that had (respectively) 40% and 100% shades of that color. It has been THREE years, and I still don't like it!

Both of the quilts are beautiful. I like the first one with the vibrant colors and the second one for the cool calm colors.

If you want, you can send either to my house, mistakes or not.

Your quilts are beautiful. Since blue and green are my favorite colors, I vote for number two, but the number one quilt is equally beautiful.

They are both beautiful. I'm a little parcial to the first. Sometimes you just need a break between doing two with the same pattern. But then again, you can't wait too long or you'll forget some of the things you learned making the first one.

Wow, I love them both! Just beautiful!
