Typo on label finally fixed

Well, I finally got my label fixed. I took advice I got here and appliqued over the error and then added the correct year. The shape of the heart is not perfect, but I am happy with the overall result.

Now to get it in the mail before little Zoie is too big for it! Since she was in the NICU for a while, she is not as big as a six-month old, but she is growing!
