Anyhoo, the fabric isn't the same "weight" as the other fabrics. It's a Laura Burch Dancing Horses design and it's a very dense fabric. I'm using the Warm Wishes pattern and it would be the center stripe. While I was in email jail this morning I got one from Over the Rainbow and they have the coordinating ivory fabric for the horses. Soooo, I ordered yet another 3 1/2 yds from them. Is this how your stash grows? Or am I going around the bend?
OHHHHH!!!!! You have caught our disease!!!! I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me. Or it isn't quite the right shade or value........

Well, that is how I started. Saw a fabric, bought it, then saw another one that I liked better, bought it. Repeat by 10,000 times and you have an over grown stash. :) :) :)

I never had heard of it either. I found it in a google search for something else. And of course, once you're on their web site you get the email that comes with it!

Warm Wishes is a nice pattern for both the beginner ( easy!!) and a nice break for us who have been quilting complicated patterns for years ( easy!!).....it always seem to make up nicely and those Laurel Birch fabrics are the perfect choice.

Oh yea....don't worry about those ''leftovers''....you will enjoy using them 2 or 3 or 10 years from now. Think of them as ''money in the bank''
