Beautiful, make all your quilts to suit you and they will be just right.

Welcome from outside St. Louis.

I used a two jelly rolls from Walmart also. Each had 24 strips. I think that's the problem. Use no more than 40 or 42 and it runs sideways, otherwise the longer initial strip causes the strips to run up and down. I used mine just the way it worked best and added a couple of borders and some pinwheel blocks I had laying around and it looks fine. Just use it like it is. We won't tell the quilt police!

NO NO NO, don't rip...even the sides, put a couple borders on it and it will be just fine. I've made several, even a small one for a baby, and they all look different...You can either do the piecing like you did, or you can angle the piecing, either way if fine. I like the different looks you get from different rolls..

Very pretty! Leave it as is! A border or two will make a great finish!!

Having seen so many horizontal stripes I am pleased to see your vertical stripes. In one of Kaffe Fassett's book he has designed a vertical striped one.

I made a jellyroll quilt like yours but I cut 18 inches off the first strip and as you join them all strip lengths are different, I then made my binding by sewing 4 inch strips together from the different color strips to make the binding and this really added appeal. I think your quilt looks great as is.

Very pretty, I would just add borders if you want it bigger.

I don't see a darn thing wrong with it... It is your, you can run the strips anyway you want... Love the little toes sticking out.

It looks great, it's the beauty of the jelly roll, colors that match and we all know that horiztional stripes make you look thinner LOL
