I was out shopping today at the thrift stores today and found a bundal of 8 yards of very nice heavy gray fleece. When I unbuddled it when I got home my mouth dropped as inside the fleece there was 8 yards of warm and natural batting! I only paid $3.50 for all of it!!!

I always like it when someone scores BIG :) Yours truly found four nice mens shirts to recycle in the Bonnie Hunter manner. They were priced at $1. each.

Today, I splurged on a 10 yd. bolt of Warm and Natural at Walmart. I figured that I needed (1) something for the quilt frame when we finally assemble it.... Price was $5.97 per yard --- ouch. The closest Joann shop is 55 miles away and one can't always depend upon the item being in stock.
At least that's my story ;)
