Have you looked on Pinterest for ideas?
Here are a few traditional / antique examples from Pinterest:
A shoofly quilt
A floral log cabin
Road to Oklahoma (I did this in wildflower fabric several years ago and it was lovely; unfortunately have since lost the photo)
Some "broken dishes" examples
Some "Jacobs ladder" examples

Such beautiful and soft colors in this palate. This is one that I would do a Depression block with. All HST darker against lighter and so pretty with these colors. https://www.quilterscache.com/D/DepressionBlock.html .

Thank you all for your input. Still waiting for those 2 fabrics but have been been looking thru my pics for ideas (one can spend hours & days searching on my pc). Found a beautiful quilt 'Bubbles' by member Thepolyparrot, but all those drunkards path blocks - even with the special foot for these I think they would drive me nuts. I do like Jacobs Ladder, or a variation, much quicker too, also crazy patch or hexagons. I made a quilt for DGS using a variety of sizes of the economy block, and loved that one, all in blues. Hopefully the fabric will speak to me when I get my mojo back.

Hello Gay - I think your fabrics are lovely and I immediately thought of a recent email received from Rachel Hauser of Stitched in Color. She's preparing for a sew-along soon with her recently released Honeycomb Stars pattern. I realize this is not vintage/antique but it would be a beautiful quilt made with your fabrics. Here's a link to her site - Honeycomb Stars by Stitched in Color

Another thought, Jen Kingwell's soon to be released book - Quilt Recipes - has several patterns that I think would finish lovely in your soft, pastel colors. Wensleydale and Diamond Exchange are my two favorites. Here's a link - Jen Kingwell Quilt Recipes

Just my random thoughts - look forward to what you decide and hope you find your mojo soon!

Hugs, Christine

Hello Christine, good to know you're home. Have been thinking of you much lately so will have to email you now. The Honeycomb Stars is very nice, and I loved her Winki Stars. Will need to get some neutral background fabrics as the ones I have need something added.
