Canny, if you turn on iCloud in your settings, all your photos will appear on all your apple devices. You get 5GB free before you would have to pay for more. If you need more help pm me.

Love seeing everyone's quilting creations. So much beauty! I hope those with bad weather are in safe and warm! Clear and sunny here in my high elevation abode in So.CAL. Just a few wispy clouds. I hope it stays like this for at least another week so I can get down the mountain to attend Road2Ca quilt show.

I'm just now getting a chance to sew. I gave my sewing room a thorough cleaning on Friday and ran errands yesterday. Glad to be done and ready to sew! I have cut 60 deg. triangles from scraps and am making a small quilt from them. The triangles will finish up at 2". I'm using the quilter's grid 60 deg. ruler and loving it.

Just checking in, I'm halfway done with the 3rd FW block. The first one took 2 1/2 hours - lots of pieces in that one. I'll post a picture later.

I tried to attach a picture of the Sailboats I finished quilting - needs squaring and binding but I wasnt feeling well today (still getting over pneumonia and I took a nap after church instead).

Fabric is one of Joann's jelly rolls that is only 20 strips. Sailboats are Ahoy Sailor Quilt Pattern -- Don't be fooled - they look easy but are an annoying pain to make. Would not recommend that particular sailboat for the novice. I love how this came out -- and I have another jelly roll but only 4 more boats and like I'm making more. I might try my hand at paper piecing a mariners compass or these from a Jordan Fabric's Regatta Tutorial

Love seeing everyone's work!

Here is the progress so far today. I may make another this evening while watching football. The yellow one was the one that took 2 1/2 hours!

Good afternoon everyone, as you see I didn't make it to church as planned. Though I did a little shopping today because I thought everyone else would be 'game watching', "Wrong". I did purchased some more pre-fold bias binding. I do aim to get started.

Chrisitne-, thank you for the info and the link to posting the pix, now to try my hand at it.

Rob, thanks for answering my question. Good finish with the project, you are always so creative with your work

Well I'm off to pinning that binding. Can you tell that this is some type of chore to me

Happy sewing day everyone

I've been working on this woven table topper all weekend, just getting the quilting underway.

quilting vagabond, I can see how that block could take awhile to piece. But it looks grea! They all do.
geevee, that is so pretty!
lifelovepassion, whoo hoo! What a wonderful contribution.

I have the top pieced with my 2 1/2 inch 60 deg triangle scraps. They look like little mountains. Lots of intersecting seams. Probably will go bigger the next time. lol Taking a break to make veggie beef soup. I may put the borders on after dinner but I won't quilt it until I get my Bernina back from servicing this week. I have a new layer cake that wants me to slice and dice it so I'll look for a pattern for it.

Hope everyone has a good evening and enjoys their football watching. Me, I can't hardly wait for baseball. Angels and
Cubs!

I’m so happy—I finished my five table runners which were my January ufo challenge. Tomorrow I have three blocks from a couple block of the months to catch up on and hopefully pull fabric for two projects. It looks like lots of work is getting done

if there is interest, I will do one of these Super Bowl Sunday. For those who pay no attention to football, that would be February 2 😃.
