Belfrybat my take on the "Irish Change" quilt from MSQC is that it can be made smaller, which is what I had to do because I ran out of fabric. As long as the first and last rows begin and end with the chain block (this will be an uneven number of blocks such as 7 X 9 or 5 X 7 etc) you should be able to make yours smaller without a problem. should be able to get borders on today and will post.

I got a baby quilt quilted. Not too thrilled with the amount of shifting that happened in spite of using my walking foot. It is only my 2nd quilt though. I got my binding prepped this morning and will look to see that on after lunch.

I’ve been waylaid by the Sew Kind of Wonderful curved ruler. I started working on some Urbanologie blocks. That ruler and the specific measurements and trimming are quite challenging for my brain. Thankfully the instruction booklet has great diagrams.

Well got the MSQC "Irish Change" top finished and ready to sandwich but backing and binding up in the air so it may be awhile. Need to clean my machine and since the next couple of days are supposed to be cool but sunny I'm going to try working in the yard the flower beds look not so great.

Thank you Raggiemon for hosting, look forward to see more great projects posted.

I finished my Lone Star top--I'm so happy! I haven't mastered doing pictures on this new version of the board yet so no picture. I'm going to do some prep work on my next step of Supernova (blazing Lemoyne stars).

Thanks to all those who participated this weekend. It was a good weekend to hunker down and get some work done. Hope to see you all again next month.

I didn't get started until this afternoon due to son and family visiting for oldest g-boy's birthday. But since my work suspended I'm going to do some "catch-up" on all my projects. Today I spent the afternoon working on client quilt on long arm. Hoping to get my house "spring cleaned" with my time off work ---will be first time in several years!
