Lightbulb walking foot
Crash bang thump tightened the walking foot, it was loose. Crash bang crunch changed the needle, same story. AHA .... WALKING foot, not running foot. Works great now

Yeah! Glad it all worked out. See it wasn't you the machines' screws were loose not yours. LOL
