Default Question no pics this go round

Does everyone like the quilt to be done before a picture thread is started, or a update as you go thread? I am starting a quilt now so far just a pic of cut up fat quarters. I am going to take pics as I go will there will be quite a few pics and could take a month.

The quilt will be kind of scrappy string quilt.

I love to see picture updates as you go. As a new quilter it is very informative to see how much the quilt changes after each step, especially after the quilting is done. I get lots of ideas from looking at all the pictures. So post away.

I like to watch the quilt being built.

No quilt picture police here. You can post pictures whenever you are ready. When I was doing my first quilt top, I wasn't sure how it would turn out so I waited until the top was done before I posted, then I posted a picture of the finished quilt, front and back.

Post away! Any stage of any quilt, even just stacks of fabric. No one has to read it if they're not interested (but most of us are).

I love to see it as it progresses. Helps me to learn and possibly improve my technique. PLUS it is fun to see it all done! Sort of like living vicariously?
