Help finding pattern

Does anyone know where I can find Maple Leaf Farm pattern that was in the Oct.2012 Patchwork and Quilting?

I googled the pattern and the pattern is free and was the first one and it is from Patchwork and Quilting.

This is the quilt in a different color way. If you cannot use this link, try allpeoplequilt.com, click on our magazines, and American Patchwork and Quilting. Under the Oct 2023 issue, you can find this one in the Winter Wonderland color way...Hope this helps
