Default Well, my husband was looking for a project

I saw this wastebasket on Pinterest and copied it for my sewing room. My husband was looking for a woodworking project so I put him to work cutting the circles.for the spool top and bottom. It looks so cute in my sewing room.

That is just adorable. Wish my Hubby could do wood working. That is something he never got into. He is (retired now) an electrical engineer so he can fix nearly anything electronic or electrical and he is handy for fixing other things like appliances but "wood working is not his friend" LOL

Seems like all engineers are the same. They can fix anything, except can't make 2 board hold together. If we have problems with one of the barns at the farm, I hire that done. Unless he can screw it together it won't stay. But, I wouldn't trade him for anyone else. We just celebrated our 60th. And everything is running great at my city home and country home. If the AC breaks, it's fixed in a couple hours. Dishwasher about 1 hour. Nailing 2 boards together, a big swollen thumb.
