We went to dinner and when we met up with our friends, they presented to me 3 quilt books

Encyclopedia of designs for quilting
Lap quilting with Georgia Bonesteel
Better Homes and Gardens Creative American Quilting

I was very surprised and very happy. I told my hubby that I would like to make them something. He suggested a lap quilt

and...... the nices thing about a lap quilt, they can hang it, too. I love them for gifts.
