I will be teaching 3 classes (4 days) in Ripley in October
Day 1 - Tube Quilting
Day 2 - String Quilting
Day 3,4 - a variety of technique starting with simple piecing, adding borders, binding workshop and then a day long in quilt with walking foot.
Sounds like simple stuff but a lot of technique mixed in all this. I like to lan projects that can be completed in the time period or at least almost finished but with info on how to finish at home if necessary.

Full descriptions and pictures of all classes will be on web site soon. Title of seminar is Zepora's Retreat. Can get to it from Cedar Lakes web site.

I can't remember the town off hand, but I've stayed in a motel in Oh when my husband was working up that way. That's been several years ago.
We hope to come up to the Wheeling area sometime this summer and go to Cabelas. We've been to two of them on our way to Idaho to hunt.
I'm thinking the name might of been Steubonville. But I'm not sure. We stayed at a hotel on the otherside of the town. Nice couple at that small motel.

Hi, Betty.....I live in Marie, Monroe County....do I know you from Mt. Heritage Quilters Guild of Southern WV? If you check the users list in the menu you can type in WV and get a list of WV quilters here.....Welcome...you'll love it here. I lurked in the shadows for a long, long time just reading posts, looking at the tutes, then I finally decided just to join...haven't regretted the decision at all. I have some new great friends from across the country.

...sorry if I was wrong about you being a guest at our guild...something about Hummer'sGarden seemed familiar but I may be mixing you up with a Helen from Summer's county who used to come once in awhile.

Oh...I see you'll be there in October...the MSACF is in July. BTW....I love the mini preprinted whole cloths...I've been a hand-quilter for over 30 years and just started fmq last year. The minis have been wonderful practice pieces for me.

Yes, Kathy, it's me. Betty. If this is the right Kathy, you always waved at me while I was flagging at WillowWood. I need to get my tush over to the meetings this summer. I have plans to get a group started here also.
