This is what I would do. The squares are so striking, I'd hate to cut them at all.

Oh yes! I hadn't thought of kaleidescope. That would be beautiful!

I followed the link and could not find the pattern.

Put a one inch strip of some color in each layer cake around each layer cake, sash them all with black and you'll have a spectacular. froggyintexas

Paula Nadelstern designs her fabric with her signature kaleidoscope quilt style in mind.
Many have made OBW's using it.
I made a large kaleidoscope quilt from her Luminosity collection.

But you need multiple repeats with the same portion of the fabric design to make the kaleidoscope.

All the OP has are 10" blocks - and only 2 of each pattern - and who knows if they're identical cuts.

So if there was enough fabric, then absolutely cut the pattern up into smaller pieces because you can create something larger that's beautiful from those smaller pieces.

But, sadly, there isn't.

I would use them with a solid black between in a Twister pattern! Every piece of fabric would be showcased against the black and look FABULOUS!!! You hit the jackpot with these fabrics!!!

It could be fun with those fabrics or you could add a solid in with them.
I was going to suggest this also. I think it would be great with those fabrics.
