Hi all, I stopped in at Big Lots tonite for a coffee pot and decided to look around and guess what I found !!!!! FQ's yes that's right the had a big stack of fat quarters like the one Joann's has. Well, naturally I bought 5 of them (they were $1.00 each) I'll open them tomorrow and let you know if they're worth looking for. Just thought I'd share.

My Big Lots doesn't have them. Same manufacturer as JoAnnes? If so, I think I'd pass as I don't like the quality of the ones at Joannes.

Oh, wow!!! I'll have to check out Big Lots on Monday!!!!!
I bought a 3" deep, 14" fry pan with glass lid for $15.00. I REALLY like it! And the price is GREAT!

Not all the fabric at Joannes is bad, you just have to be careful when you are buying it. Just my opinion.

I didn't say that. I said the fat quarter brand they carry is of lower quality IMO.

I agree. I have gotten some horrible FQ's @ JoAnne's and refuse to buy any more. However, have gotten some decent fabric off the bolts.
