Has anyone used the Block Marker tool from Nancy's Notions? I watched a Youtube demo of it and it looked great so I jumped onto Google to find it and almost choked at the price: $55. I'm not sure any gadget is worth that much, but it did look really handy for squaring up blocks and also marking seams on blocks that are not completely square. Any thoughts.....?

any square ruler will do the same job - and more - for a fraction of that price.
