On the Board I saw a picture of a Courthouse Steps with a Star in the middle. I need to relocate this. I want to make one.

Just make the star you want and add the strips for courthouse steps outside the star.

if you check the second link provided by EasyPeazy, it clearly shows that the star is one block and courthouse steps is the alternate block.
