The WM here finally said they are scheduled to get the fabric back when they next remodel. Which is next year here.

The super walmart in Crystal Lake has just brought the fabric department back! The old Walmart used to have fabric, but when they built the new super Walmart, they took the fabric department out. I guess they had too many people complain about it because the super walmart now has fabric in it!

NICE looking fabric to boot. there were 6 others ladies with carts full.

I managed to buy 12 full bolts LOL!! but happy with my buy for once i was at the right place at the right time. lady said they are going to do this once a week till the reopening . They want to have all new stuff for the opening.
Guess who will keep making stops at walmart
Good for you...Enjoy all your fabric....

I was once told that the WM fabric is, most times, trial runs of printing before they do the full-price stuff, so there may be glitches in the print. Nothing wrong with that most times. I've had some good luck with WM fabric.

Get it now because after the reopening, there is a pretty good chance the fabric dept.gets weird. The prices tripled and the fabric itself is right out of the twilight zone. The majority of our WM fabrics come from Mexico and their contents are UNKNOWN --what could that possibly mean ? So when they reopen be sure to check the fabric contents.

You will enjoy every project more just realizing how little you had to pay for the fabric. Great Score
