Cool Well..it's not exactly a back-up!

Thanks everyone for your suggestions of back up machines. I tried out the Janome and a brother and then I decided to check out the Babylock's. I went to the dealer and they are planning on being at the show in Rapid City this weekend and since my Ellegante will be some time being repaired....I ended up coming home with a brand new Ellisimo! I still can't believe it. The show special price was the icing on the cake, I've been lusting after this machine for years and finally took the plunge. So excited, probably have to eat ramen noodles for a year, but I can't wait to fire it up! I'll still have to get a back up machine but that's definitely going to have to wait! Thanks again for your honest opinions on your back up machines, I know for sure where to start when I am ready to pick it up.

Congratulations on the new machine, enjoy it. I have an Ellegro and an Elissimo and I love them both. Have fun.

You might also consider rice and bean burritos. Congratulations! Enjoy your new machine.

It is better to get a machine you really want than to settle for a cheap machine. Lots of cheap eats until the machine is paid for.
