My DH is not a sports watcher - only Nascar. I like Nascar too, but we are not usually watching together. In other TV we have totally different tastes - he likes comedies, I think they are dumb and a waste of time. I like HGTV, History, Food, DIY, or news. But we have been married 49 years. He does his thing, I do mine, and some things we do together.

Hubby went to bed early so he changed the channel to The Travel Channel.

He used to be the NASCAR fan and the football fan...I would only watch certain games. Now since I LOVE it...he decided that he doesn't like it as much any more. lol
WOO HOO, another Nascar fan! I love Nascar and football -- more than husband although we do enjoy Nascar together!

I usually cross stitch while watching the TV.

I watch the game with him. But I always have some kind of handiwork going.

Nothing. My dh doesn't watch any kind of sports at all (I don't either). Now political shows on the other hand. UGH. I'm sick of them.

I don't have a problem with that, DH doesn't watch football or any of the other professional sports.

I'm a huge Braves fan and have gotten bitten by the college football bug over the last few years - with 3 kids in college it is to be expected - LOL! Sometimes I do handwork or make yo-yo's or DH will hang out on the daybed in the sewing room and I will machine quilt during the games!
