Try quilterscache.com they have a pattern that looks like this and it is called Tea Rose, you may find what you are looking for on there. Good Luck

This is a 7x7 layout. If your flying geese finish at 1.75 x 3.5 and your central central block and white bars finish at 1.5 inches, you would have a 12 inch block.

Much easier to do as a 14" block.
