I really depends for me. If I'm having a hard time with the piecing or it isn't looking like I wanted at any stage I tend to get frustrated and don't enjoy it but the opposite is true too. If the fabrics are looking even better together than I expected or the quilting is coming along nicely I'm enjoying it all.

I absolutely love it all, except BINDING! UGHHHHHHH! If I could sew by hand, I would probably love it.

I dislike turning and handstitching the binding. I have a whole pile of quilts all quilted with the binding sewn on just waiting for that final step!

I hate making the "sandwich". I tend to baste rather than pin and it just seems to take forever.

Yep undoing my mistakes is my least favourite....and sometimes I get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of blocks to be made. Note to self "new mantra...I will construct quilts with larger blocks"

Binding is my least favorite part of quilting.
