I want to finish the queen top I've been working on! I also want to quilt another I have finished and want to put fleece on the back! I wanted to quilt that this summer, but then the AC broke, and I was not going to do that in the heat!!!

I really want to at least get started on a double carpenters star for king sized bed.....maybe greens on a cream background....if I can find a creamy colored fabric that won't show thru the seams on the backside....I hate when you can see the seams

A red-and-white queen-sized quilt alternating log cabin blocks with the Massachusetts Star block. I finally have all the fabrics and created a 12" finished log cabin block pattern to match the 12" finished stars ... but I need to knock off 5 holiday lap quilts, a 16-patch Civil War repro lap quilt for my husband, three 42x42 quilt-as-you-go quilts for the grandkids, and put binding on two more lap quilts for my granddaughters ... and make a Raggedy Ann doll for my niece.

Believe it or not, I am on schedule, with plenty of "Life Will Happen" grace periods therein. Wish me luck, guys!

Hows about last years Christmas gifts? I put the tips in a box and gave them, because I ran It of time when my machines went last year. Still have one more to quilt and bind.

Then there's the 6 tops waiting for quilting. And one is for a wedding on Halloween that's not finished yet.

I just want to finish the monster that I've created. My dh and I got brain-storming for OUR quilt (I've never kept any of the 50 or so I've made) and then we began it. He doesn't quilt, only helps me when I'm in doubt or need muscle (I have bad arthritis). Well, the cute little simple thing has grown like topsy and become huge and complicated, but really kind of a pretty thing. If I can get this done w/o any new ideas intruding I'll be happy... and so will he.

I have a D9P for my mom for Christmas that needs to be finished. Have started piecing it. Also, one of my quilt friends has been diagnosed with Stage IV Lung Cancer that has metastasized to a bone in her spine. I've bought and washed the fabric. That is going to be Bali Love Song lap-sized quilt.

I want to make a summer quilt from batiks using Marie Anderson's Mozaic pattern. However, I have a lap robe for my hubby, a wall hanging and various items for a craft fair next month to do first. Maybe by next year?

Do they happen to have a 'dial a ride' type of service for the elderly? Might check into this. Your sister could ride along as an escort. You need time off from this craziness!
