Do a search for 10 minute block with google or yahoo. You will find a tutorial video done by Suzanne McNeill on how to do this block. You will get all the information needed to be able to make the block from the viedo. She also has a couple of books with different layouts. That information will also show up.

Misssouri Quilt Company has a ten minute block on You Tube, Jenny (think that is her name) does such a great job explaining techniques and it looks like fun.
