All of the suggestions are great. I sure would make potholders and the apron. If the fabric is soft enough make matching towels. She will love any of them.

I agree with the jar quilt idea. Use the pickles along with the veggie and fruit market fabrics. Oh that sounds lovely.

This might sound silly but my first thought was to wonder what it would look like if you made a OBW with that fabric. Not quite sure what else you could use with it. Maybe a cheesy yellow would be good. :-D
