I think you're doing a great job! If the seams are all the same, only the Quilt Police will say it's wrong.(Don't let them in the door!)

Ditto what everyone is saying. The quilt is beautiful and should be finished. It will just be slightly smaller.

It looks like most of your quilt is paper pieced, so the 1/4" allowance doesn't come into play until you sew the various pieces together. All of your points look perfect, so you don't have a problem. Keep on trucking! Your quilt won't be much smaller than the pattern says.
