I have some of the blocks from when I took my first quilt class still pinned to the paper and with the drawn out block like I was taught in class...from 1992-3...Wasn't as thrilled with my fabric selection as I thought I was..I have made a few of the finished blocks into little single block wall hangings though..so all is not lost. =)

I have one from a few months ago...I need to finish one block. I made it...ruined the block by cutting it wrong..I was so upset that I haven't touched it again since...I will go back to it in a few months to sew the blocks together.

The very first lap quilt I made in 2005....a nice log cabin that needs borders, sandwhiching, and quilted.

36 years old. I started a quilt of the 50 states, embroidered with the state bird, flower, date it became a state and the outline of the state for the Bicentennial. The squares have been done since 1980......maybe this winter....

Mine is the very first quilt I made in quilting class 12 years ago. It is a twin size that was supposed to be used as a wall hung headboard in my daughter' new condo. It was made with quilt shop fabric and rather expensive for my first effort. When it was sandwiched and ready for quilting DD said," I don't want those colors any more". It's now somewhere in the back of the closet.
