Hope to be busy this year. I have at least 5 hand quilted quilts planned. I also want to get rid of my UFO tops. Lots to do

This year I will just enjoy my quilting and purse making and not force myself into a frensy. For so long I have sewn like a crazy woman for hubby's charity events and making christmas and birthday gifts. It frazzles me far too much to make it fun. This year my goal is to enjoy my quilting time and be happy.

My goal is to use up more of my stash than I replace! I do not want my stash to grow any more, as it's already past my life expectancy, probably.

My quilting goal for 2021 is simply to finish some quilts for loved ones + one for me. Probably seven or eight quilts, total. That might not sound like the most astonishing or exciting plan, but it means I have to turn four UFOs back into WIPs, plus take on several new projects. I am not a fast or highly skilled quilt maker by any means, so this is definitely a stretch goal!

My goal is to try and finish some of my UFO's. My husband works seasonal work at a golf course and when he is gone I just love to go in the sewing room and have no interruptions. I am trying to put unfinished projects together in bins but everytime I see a new pattern I have to try it and then I somehow have a new UFO.

My first goal is to finish tops completed in 2020 and make an I Spy quilt for grandson's 2nd birthday (Nov 2). I took HollyAnne Knight's FMQA in Fall 2020 and along with my ruler quilting I am confident I can make a dent in them. Also goal of keeping my work space clean after each project and putting fabric/notions away.

I'm taking advantage of the Stay Home orders and the winter weather to make a big dent in my totes of quilt projects... I also have t-shirt quilts to make (2 for a friend and then 4 for my kids) and I want to make some cotton dresses for me for this summer.
And stop!!!! buying fabric that I just have to have because I like it! My stash is already bigger than my life expectancy... although my daughters and granddaughters are already deciding how they will divide up the contents of my sewing room

Oh RedGarnet I hear ya loud & clear. Being sick a lot this past year taught me that my hobbies are supposed to fun & enjoyable not working yourself in panic mode. I am currently cleaning & reorganizing supplies, hoping that makes me less claustrophobic in my sewing room. I am one of those out of sight out of mind but I just can't have all this STUFF in my face it drives my OCD insane.
