Trying to give myself a kick in the bum to get going on either my Flying Geese quilt or my blue and white UFO that I just discovered from 4 years ago.
I dragged out the UFO and it likely only needs about 3 hours on the top before I can start the borders. I just need to actually begin.

I’m in a similar boat. I have one UFO on the design wall- the quilting is done, but it needs some accent work- probably three or four hours then binding. I have another UFO on my PC420- It needs more thread painting this one needs hours and hours and hours of work. I have block 4 from the 2017 Helen Godden quilt along on my table to finish painting- probably take me about half an hour. But- I have a major case of the ”I don’t wannas” today and am instead laying on my bed reading Quiltingboard on my ipad LOL!

I am still working on HST's Almost have 4 10" blocks sewn from 1" finished triangles...that's 800 triangles. Certifiably insane!

Got started on my UFO...Made the mistake of counting how many blocks I have left to quilt...19. I should not have done that.

I plan to do a big floofy feather border all the way around and I am eager to get to that, but doing the blocks is going to be a bit of a slog as it's all repetitive ruler work and I'm just not feeling it. Oh well...First World problems, right?

Had Surgeon appt yesterday re my shoulder-exhausting, went to bed at 7:30pm
Today, went to a group sew and then to lunch. Very refreshing. Got 3 of the cases done there. Have 3 more to finish then decide what next-probably LA.

Working on trying to finish the border of a Sunny Skies quilt (by MSQC) that a friend wants made into a king size. But first thing this morning DH has a retina specialist appt for a checkup (after laser surgery 2 months ago for a torn retina). I need to go with him because he still has a "floater" in his eye, and hopefully they can do something about that. He says it looks like a big spider with hairy legs.

Trying to finish up my Bonnie Hunter On Ringo Lake. I always seem to be behind in my projects. Trying to figure out how to quilt it.

It’s such a busy quilt that I’d be tempted to do a quick edge to edge design.

That one’s still on my UFO pile, blocks are made but not sashing- someday when I’m feeling it I’ll pull it back out. Yesterday had a tooth pulled so nothing got done in the studio. I’m hoping to work on painting block 5 of the Helen Godden 2017 QAL. Probably not up for much more than that.

I'm putting a Quilt of Valor non-patriotic quilt on the longarm frame this afternoon. I'm quilting a cloud pantograph on it. Our QOV group offers non-patriotic quilts to veterans and the national organization asked for more non-patriotic quilts so we're busy sewing away for the next few months. I'll post a picture when it's loaded.
