Good luck with both moves. Rock, hug, and kiss that baby and enjoy.

Don't worry about sewing and quilting, of course with packing you aren't going to do that anyway. Enjoy your daughter and grandaughter.

So many exciting and wonderful new things in your life... enjoy them. Sewing will be waiting when everything else calms.

Thank the good Lord that you have the energy to be able to bless your daughter and grandchild the way you are. Take one thing at at time and you'll have so much time on your hands shortly that you'll produce some beautiful quilts and other sewing projects......you'll see! Take care of yourself...don't forget to do that. :^)

Blessing on you for helping your DD & DGD. Enjoy your sewing when you are able to get back to it.

I love the Phaleanopsis in your picture. I used to grow orchids, then got into quilting. Phals are my favorite. Looks like a very healthy plant.

best to you. I know things can be hectic. Have been through some rough times myself. Hang in there. Your a very loving grandmother, and your daughter is very lucky.
I don't mean to bring up anything health wise here, but, has your daughter been checked for the possibility of bleeding internally. I had that happen to me once. I barely could take 3 steps without feeling lethargic. Finally went to the dr and found this to be the case

Thanks for the suggestion. She's had a history of anemia, I think it's got a lot to do with her diet and perhaps some poor absorption of the nutrients in her food. Since she's got some digestive issues, it could be that her body doesn't get all the nutrients it should from what she eats.

Everything seems to come at once,so relax! You will get settled, just going to take time to get there. Sounds like you have some wonderful things happening, just all at once. Enjoy your retirement, your new gbaby and your new home! Can't wait to see pics of your new sewing room when you get settled! :)
