These parts were given to me by a co-worker along with an old Montgomery Ward electric sewing machine that belonged to his granny. I think he told me that his sister burned up an old machine (I can't bear to think of it). Anyway, here's what I have. Billy do you think the ruffler would work on my 239?

I do not see the ruffler but I am betting it will not if it is the same as the foot you have shown. But you have a faceplate, Shuttle and Needle plates, a needle bar, a shuttle. In the 3rd photo you have a bobbin, presserfoot lifter lever, tension disc, presserfoot tension knob, the spring for the presserfoot bar, looks like a stitch length regulator screw, and a presserfoot.

The 4th photo is the face plate and it is upside down. The bar that is in it has the connector for the presserfoot and if you loo close at it you can see where the spring was on the bar.
