I really don't have any plain white fabric in my stash. I guess I tend to shy away from it because all I ever seem to find is thin stuff you can see through. Well now I'm needing some. What white fabric should I buy?

Thanks

I was told by a quilter to buy Kona at Joann's or you can pay more $ and buy some at a quilt shop

Moda Bella Solid line is very nice. I buy solids from that line now. Kona is good but Kona is a bit heavy feeling for me. I found some great solid white cotton at WalMart a few years ago. I wished I had bought the bolt. All white fabric is not the same white. So be sure and buy all you need from one brand.

I use cotton sheets if I need a solid white. You can always find one on sale.

Very good topic. I shy away from buying white and I know that I am missing out.
