Bless you for being a sweet Aunt that he can come to. You did a wonderful thing even though you had your doubts. I hope you two have some great times together sewing and laughing.

Sounds like a great way to get to know your nephew a little better.

I am so glad that he felt like he could reach out to you. Good therapy for him and a wonderful way to share your talents. I'm glad you have something in common.

I'm so happy he reached out to someone he knows loves him. I think you'll find you both benefit from spending time together. What a gift!

God bless your nephew - and you for helping him. Please thank him for me for the service he gave to our country and his role in allowing us to be free and peaceful. I think it is wonderful that he want to sew and create, shows that he is a very strong man. Have fun!

What a beautiful story. Maybe you could post a picture when his quilt is finished.
