I have been known to stop a seam half sewn on the machine and start a new project on another machine! I figure when I'm quilting it's the only time I can do what I want when I want so why not?

Did I say I've been practicing FMQ on my machine and made a couple of pot holders, so I wouldnt waste the fabric...LOL
That is a great tip for a beginner at FMQ! Thanks for the suggestion!

Some would call it ADD or ADHD but I think we just want to try everything! Everything always takes too long so we have to start something else. I don't know if I've ever finished something that didn't actually have a recipient. It's good, though. When I find a recipient the quilt is almost done!

Not sure if this will lead you directly to the pattern or not, but you can do a "search" once you are on the McCalls site.

Oh no!! Never thought about setting up the other machine! I could really be in trouble now!

Google paper-pieced Double wedding ring quilt pattern and you will see the site for McCalls Quilting. Templates and instructions are there in PDF for printing or to save.

What's wrong with me??
Nothing. Thats the way my mind works and great minds think alike!

Printed that McCall pattern a few years ago. I was afraid they would take it off the Internet. Started to make the arcs a few months ago in between other projects. Have about 45 arcs completed but I intended to only make a lap robe, but these arcs make a hugh block so I'll have to refigure how to cut it down to a smaller version.

Hey, I resemble that remark!

Actually, I've done all the arcs for that exact pattern and now...I'm working on something else. But I'll go back one of these days!
