Does anybody know anything about wool? I have a little over 100 pcs of wool. They are about 5" X 8". I have measured them, thats just a guess. Does anybody know if they would be worth putting on ebay to sell them. I don't really know anything about wool.
    Thank you for any info.

    Judy--

Is your wool 100% wool or is it a blend? It is solids or patterns? Is it overdyed or plain? Are they all different colors or lots of pieces of just a few colors?

All these would determine how much they would be worth to someone who works with wool. The pieces are certainly big enough for applique.

If you would like to post a pic of them, I could help you better with a price.

My mother and grandmother made wool quilts with flannel on the back. They were SO warm and snuggly. They used wool from suits, jackets, etc. and almost any variety they could get ahold of. About 30 years ago I "borrowed" a wool quilt from my mother (she is 87) and used it all the time. It's not the most beautiful, but my very favorite. I even took a nap under it today!
