Well I looked at them at this site, even real closeup, and I still can't figure out if it's a blade or something else. Please enlighten us.

I use painter's tape to mark my rows or columns. I write right on the tape. No nasty residue, and 'jack the ripper' gets another day off! Good luck. :)
