    Default Yippee, back to sewing!

June 2nd I fell and hurt my right hand (of course since I'm righthanded) and had a hard splint on for 2 1/2 weeks. Since I got it off..... I've finished my crazy quilt ottoman cover, a scrappy table runner, cut everything I will need to start a purse, cut out my flying geese bodies, finished knitting two dishrags I had started and have got batting and backing together for 2 charity quilts.

I know the frustration of not being able to do things but make sure you take it a bit easy with that hand/wrist for a bit yet! Don't want to over do and be in worse shape than before.

Ditto what NJ quilter said. Glad you are "back in the saddle" but wouldn't want you to have a setback.

Thanks for the concerns, but I've been doing all in little bits at a time. Hope to never see that blasted splint again!. Can't send any pictures, camera on fritz..don't know what problem is.
