Just got home and will go back a bit more and check out what's happened while I was on the road. Trip was safe, heavy smoke going through Oregon on the way down. No direct flames or detours, but we saw the devastation especially around Phoenix, OR.

I love Rebecca's center -- and that border is one I was considering for the round I'll be working on -- but I have other options!

Love my center on point like that, and the blocks and colors leave all sorts of room for the next rounds!

Everything is awesome! Everything is cool when you are part of the team (song from Lego movie)

Mary, Givio's quilt looks great! I agree, the blue and red were just the thing to integrate back with the center. It's so lovely. And look at how big it is!! Wowser. Nice work!

I'm wondering how long we will be able to fold these up and mail in the padded envelope?

Mary! Thank you for the round 4! You are the first to finish, now you can sit back, relax, and see what the rest of us do. :-)

Thanks Mary. I've had trouble counting the rounds ever since we started!

I've got a list of the people I'll be sewing rounds for, so I know I've got Travelinggramma (which I am working on) and then Jaba's round, and the next one I receive will be mine, and I may add another round to that to make it a bit bigger. I'll decide that when it gets here.

I'm taking my time with the current one. Wasn't feeling well, then realized it started happening at the same time I started taking a new multivitamins. Stopped taking them on Friday and started feelling better right away. Yesterday I finally felt like myself again. Was having a lot of problems with vertigo and headaches - and it just kept getting worse! These vitamins have something for "brain health" and I think what ever that was, my brain didn't like! I also was having trouble sleeping, but didn't know if that was due to the vertigo or not.

Cathy - I wouldn't have thought about the multivitamins! Great catch. I will have to keep track when I change brands.
Take your time - as I mentioned before - October is round 4 and November is Final Round 5. We have been early each round which has given us extra time on the bigger ones.

Maryb, that is just lovely. the blues pull in the middle and the red flowers echo out the center. So pretty.

Maryb, that is a perfect round for givio's quilt. Brings it all together and is really eye catching!
Went to physical therapy yesterday and they found the problem right away. Apparently when I fell I pinched my sciatic nerve, not good for sure, but he started treatments on it to get it settled down and back to normal. Feels a little better today so hopefully a few more treatments and it will be fine. He had me order a "tens" unit that I can use at home when it flares up so that should help too.
I know what I'm going to do for my round so today I'm hoping to get all the pieces cut and laid out.
