6.5" Square BATIK Fabric Swap Sign-up CLOSED
Welcome to the 2014 6.5” square fabric swap!!!
The swap theme is “BATIKS”!!! 6.5” squares, up to 6 sets.
Registration is open to the first 104 sets or until May 9th, whichever comes first. These are due in my hands no later than Friday, May 30th. If you sign up, please follow through with commitment and deadline. If you sign-up and need to drop out let me know ASAP!!! Failure to comply with the rules of this swap will results in negative feedback being posted and possible banning from future swaps.

Each swapper will submit 12 – 6.5” squares of any 1 UN-WASHED 100% cotton fabric that is a BATIK. *(If you have any questions please ask.)
Squares should be carefully rotary cut from UN-WASHED 100% cotton batik fabric. Select fabrics that will hold up to a lot of love, wear, and tear as well as multiple washings. Fabrics that fray easily or are fairly easy to see through are not good fabrics for this swap. Please be advised that fabrics that are NOT appropriately related fabrics, squares that are not square, off grain, those that are not the right minimum sizeor those that are deemed unusable by me will be returned unswapped. Please keep in mind I have the right to return all or part if your set is deemed unacceptable…so please take the extra moment to look over your 12 squares carefully before sending to me.
I will accept squares 6-1/2” – 7” as most of us will use them as is. Anything less than MY 6-1/2” measurement will be returned. If you are unsure of your accuracy, over-sized squares will be accepted as they can be cut down to size if need be... please nothing over 7”. Approximately 1/2 of a yard will yield 12 count – 6-1/2” squares nicely. If you are fussy cutting, please buy extra.

I need these in hand no later than Friday, May 30th. A post mark no later than 05/23/2014 should give the USPS ample time to deliver without a grace period. After 05/23/2014, PRIORITY or FLAT RATE ENVELOPE shipping is recommended. After 05/27/2014, OVERNITE shipping or FedEx, etc. is required. IF YOU SHIP OVERNIGHT, CONTACT ME ASAP BEFORE YOU SHIP!!! International members need to send them to me sooner- PM for details.
Please remember that any packages received after 05/30/2014 will be automatically returned unswapped. Any member not fulfilling commitment will not be accepted in any of my future swaps and negative feedback will be posted to members account per Moderators requirements.
I will then sort & swap 05/31/2014 – 06/12/2014 and plan to mail out no later than 06/13/2014.
