Lovinggrandma wrote you back. Sorry I have closed this little side swap as of last night. Anastasias new swap will be started in approximately one week. At that point everyone can sign up who has a clear shipping history and a positive feedback from other team Leaders. Please keep your eyes open for the new posting coming soon.

I have decided being the great decider (Bush and I can join a team there) that the theme will be SUMMER FUN for the new swap going to be started by Anastasia. For those in areas that are going into winter they can chose if they would prefer to receive a summer or a different color palate based on their season. I believe we had only Northern Hemisphere traders last round Nancia but overall everyone is to do a summer themed runner. No worries about that now it will be posted next weekend I think as the new swap.

Tablerunners Tropical theme: I am sending names out this morning watch your email I pulled them and the results are in!

I cant wait to see the sneak peaks and finished products. I am off to sew on mine its coming along so nicely I am one happy camper. DONT TELL ANYONE WHO YOU HAVE now ladies its secret! and teasers but not easy ones encouraged.

I wanted bold summer but my tropical is a pink hawaiian print from some mystery origin. i am thinking I need to do a brighter one what say you all? I have turtles and blue water prints.. also some parrots on order.. black background big old green pretty parrots.. this is definetely a variety of tropical to be sure lol..

That's okay brat, do another one ......send me this one though, I'll back it, quilt it, bind it...everything, don't mess with it anymore. I'll be more than willing to take it right out of your little hands, no problemo' . Okay ladies if you are my partner for the tropical splendor would you rather have the ocean sights, the blooming cacti desert or tropical delights? Think of things you would see if you go on vacation like an ocean cruise, the blue water, the Arizona desert, hot with blooming cactus or Hawaiian forests, bright foliage. Let me know, it may be you.

I've been to Arizona and Hawaii, and my friend Tina (retired US Marine drill instructor) would smack me around for this, but I preferred Hawaii.

I'm trying to decide between black and white for a color to go with the batiks I posted. I have white fabric, but I think I have used up all the black I had. Time to go "digga drawers" as Dusty used to say, so I can find out! I've been lazy today so far. I got up with a swollen & sore muscle in my left shoulder this morning, so I've been on the heating pad on the couch all day. I think it's time to go get something productive though, since I've had a nap now too!

black and white are both such final strong colors. have you considered a bright tone of one of your batik color(s) in a solid.here's a pic to give you an idea of what i mean. just an idea.
