Where IS the birthday girl????
Hi Krystyna I'm around. Thanks for my wonderful B-day gift.

I had started out thanking everyone individually and realized that I would take up a lot of posts. Thanks Vicki, Nikki, Brenda, Havplenty: Mary, Greenie, , Starshine, Sweetwaterquilter,, Lawsonmug: Mary, Quiltymom, Reeskylr, , Wanda Lou, Grammyj,, Jan, Quiltnut4ever. Everyone's Birthday wishes have meant so much to me. Had to go back to the ER on Tuesday night and got home early Wednesday morning due to pain. I also got got news from my GI Dr that the blood test to tell for sure if I have Crohn's disease or not came back negative. I do not have it. So that puts us back at square one not knowing what is causing all of my abdominal pain now. The pain was more bearable yesterday, so was able to sleep on and off, so I was only on the computer for a short time last night before going to bed. I'm hoping to feeling up to doing a little sewing this weekend. I miss my sewing machine, we have not played together for about a month now. I'm also hoping to feeling up to going out for my Birthday dinner with DH tonight. We are planning to have Mexican food. Since I don't do spicy foods anyway I should be able to order the usual with no problems other than what I have been experiencing at meals. I always have the shredded beef burrito, good flavors and no spices.

Sounds like fun! I have already started thinking about my choices. I may need to become more vocal on this board so people know about me. I have fun seeing all the banter going on.

Robin,

I am sorry that you are not feeling well. But I am so glad it is not Crohn's Disease. That can be awful! I hope they find the source and the remedy for you soon. Mary

Thanks Mary and Krystyna. I was pretty devastated when I first got the news that it was not Crohn's, but started looking at it as a blessing as I was getting pretty worried about facing repeated intestinal surgeries at some point. I really didn't want to have to go through that. It is just discouraging to be back to no answers. My abdominal pain has been more bearable with the change in pain medications, so there is at least that.

Lori, love that glitter nail polish, I'm sure Krystyna would love it! lol! Robyn, glad its not Crohn's disease but I pray that they do find what is causing the pain. Nothing more worrisome than trying to find what's wrong than knowing what is. Hugs sent your way! Nikki128, I have moved 7x while a military wife at one time, traveled from NYC to Alaska, then upstate NY, then Germany for 6 yrs then Missouri for the last 5 yrs. Then for retirement we moved here to FL where my ex is now retired (we divorced here in FL). So I truly understand about the moving headache. But SP don't worry your box is separated from the moving stuff (I threatened anyone in my home to either touch it or move it ....that includes the dog too Melissa I could just imagine the horror Krystyna had when she saw the glitter fabric! lol! And if she kicks you out, don't worry you can always move in with one of us here...Did I just say "move"?! AAAAAAAAGH!

What a darling little quilt Melissa. You can not be held responsible for the glitter, it's not like you actually brought it into the house yourself. Beside we all need a little glitter in our lives! Don't you think?

Robyn, so sorry you're still having so much problem with your pain. I am really glad that the tests were negative, hope the problem is solved soon.

Hope every one has a very Happy and Blessed Easter.

Gail
