Question...is it spend only 10$ or a minimum of 10$?

This is what's in the rules: "There is a 10 dollar budget for this swap. Items from your stash or homemade items are not included in the $10 limit. Postage isn't included in the ten dollars."
Lori also says not to spend more than $10 but it's really up to you what you spend. There is NO budget police so you spend what you want but you have to spend at least $10. Hope that helps...
