Good morning! I got in a few hours of work on the mystery quilt and I'm "this close" to having my nine blocks done. Just a few more seams and I'll be ready to join them all together. I'm way behind and wonder if I'm the last one finishing up. Anybody else still working on theirs?

good morning! I have all my mystery blocks together, just working on the sashing. but I don't have enough of the sashing choice to do the whole quilt. so I am trying to play with options in my head about mixing up the sashing color with another option. we will see how it turns out....

I mailed my September birthday candies out this morning.
Not much sewing going on here for me. This pregnancy is really wearing me down and I also started homeschooling my four yr old in kindergarten last month. At least her lessons only take about an hour a day, so that is very manageable.

A minor ta-da! I finished my nine mystery blocks a few minutes ago. I used three different sashings between the small units to make them. I wanted this one to be completely from stash. Now it turns out I’m probably just a bit short of sashings to put them all together but I’m holding here for a bit. I’ve got a lot on my plate right now (not as much as Hav and NZQ that's for sure) so I’ll set this aside. I’m just glad I got this far! 873 candy squares used. Woo hoo! Below are the large blocks are in no particular order.

Janice- I'm way behind on my Mystery Quilt. I just got my motivation back. I'm still slow. I'll be done by Christmas.
