Family went home..trying to catch up on sleep but got these 3 done for the Summer group yesterday. Went to see Alan Jackson and LeeAnn Womack at the state fair last night. One of my favorite singers. These are for Jaba, Have4boys and Gram..Good news is I found LJDugas F8..in with the white stash drawer. Ill try to get her 2nd one done this week and then I can start on the Autumn group.

Yes Libster, it's paper pieced. One of these days I'm going to cut the pattern apart, add seam allowances, and make templates. I think it might be easier to piece that way.

Joan, those are great blocks. I really love the pretzel block! And good news that you found the missing F8. Mystery solved!

I have tomorrow off, my neck/ shoulder is better so I hope to finish the last two blocks in this group. One is cut and ready to see once I change to black thread. I found the perfect fabric for the 2nd print, just need to find a pattern.

Love it Joan, thank you! I haven't been on the board much, new flooring is done but now is all the cleanup. Everything out of the cupboards and china cabinets, the fine dust from sanding. It's taken me 2 days for the kitchen and dining room, but it sure is clean. Found things in my cabinets I didn't even know was there. Tomorrow is the extra utility room, bedroom and bath. Never been so sore in my life, up and down a ladder so many times, my rear-end feels like it was run over with a semi. I will get some extra blocks made just haven't made it there yet

For Jaba.

This is a Jinny Beyer pattern that came together at 12 1/2" on the first try. Miraculous!

Beautiful block, GramE. Your colors are perfect with Jaba's fabric!

OMG!!! Joanlizbay I just love Alan Jackson I have most of his albums I am a country singer person also but I don't get the chance to ever get to see any of them. I went to Nashville and saw the Grand Ole Opry, stood on their stage, and got to stand on Patsy Cline and Johnny Cash footprints but that was a long time ago
